Editing Photos

Editing Photos

Did you know that Editing Photos is included in all shoots? We want to make sure that you look your best so we edit all portraits. We remove blemishes, circles or darkness under eyes, fly away hair and anything else that is distracting. However we do not over edit so you look like you’re made of plastic or that the photo was taken 20 years ago. Actually the camera is way too literal. When people see us they do not notice those parts that we see, and don’t like.  Our faces are animated so people pay more attention to our “being” then to every little wrinkle. However when you pose for a photo you see a moment frozen in time with all the details. Both Ethan and myself are experts in photoshop so we can do the job.
Along that same line, should you have other photos that you would like updated or restored we can do those as well. I’ll write more about that on another blog.
I also want to remind you that we have an outdoor studio so even though this is a difficult time we can still do headshots and portraits. Check out this blog for a full description. https://charlottebell.com/blog/
Also if you live in Austin TX I can come to your home and do family photographs outside of your home. Same thing for seniors. All of these services include editing photos. Our prices are reasonable to use this unique time to update your photography and have fun at the same time.
Take care.

Here is a sample of just on edit on a 74 year old man. Pretty clear what I did with his hair and the darkness under his eyes. He still looks like himself and I left many of his “blemishes” But when you meet him you see him as in the edited version.
