At weddings, we are most visibly ourselves — To document that experience, the relationship of friends, families, and a couple launching a new stage in their life, is an incredible feeling and honor. Each one has a unique and compelling story to tell. When a client says “This is the first picture I’ve seen of my parents that actually looks like them!” I feel like I’ve done something with lasting value. After years of shooting and more than 178 weddings under my belt, I still find each one to be unique and exciting. I try to make each new one the best one that I’ve ever photographed.
Samples can be seen on this site under the drop downs under Austin Wedding Photography or at my the special wedding site: http://charlottebell.com/wedding/
People say they “look like themselves” when they see their finished photos. Feedback is immediate so clients know exactly what their finished image will be like. All photographs are fully edited and choices are made at the time of the shoot. For head shots there is a 24 hour turn around.
These are some of the most important photos of the young persons life. One thing they do not want are photographs that look like they came out of mom and dads’ yearbook. I treat every graduate as the unique individual they are. First I find out their vision for a senior portrait. Then we talk about the location for the photo shoot. This could be in a park, on 6th street or SOCO, in a sports field or a railroad track. Half the fun is deciding what location will work best for photography. Then we find just the right time of day and do the photo session. There fun and fast and will create through photography a memory of this passage in their life.
